Experimental Patch Notes: June 7, ~10:29 PM

  • Adds Minimum Runway Size restrictions to aircraft
  • Aircraft hovers on the Airline "Detail" UI now shows req'd gate & runway size
  • Aircraft pathfinding "look-ahead" increased to better navigate larger maps
  • Adjusted several early-game airlines to provide for more small aircraft flights
  • Added additional pre-defined filtering categories to UI build menus
  • Fixes a problem with buses failing to complete a go-around pickup (if pickups zone is placed before drop-offs)
  • Fixes pax stacking when waiting for an object — should always be aside not on it
  • Fixes arriving aircraft briefly appearing at (0,0)
  • Updates the "money changes" to be less distracting (smaller font, up to 10 most recent entries)
  • Slightly improves the gate-aircraft docking alignment
  • Fixes aircraft position being reset when deserializing into initial approach, landing, and takeoff states
  • Fixes a bug that could result in aircraft backing off of gate temporarily and/or docking backwards after loading a game where it just finished parking
  • Improves the workshop integration to show more detailed status for help in diagnosing failures

Undocumented Patch Notes[]

  • This patch changed the sorting categories for the build and objects menus. The build menu is now sortable by floors, tools, and roads. The objects menu is now sortable by decor, retail, structures, ops, seating, and comfort.
